Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. This includes all Sophie's Pet Food items, such as perishable goods (food, treats, and supplements), custom merchandise (special orders, personalized items, or any products featuring the Sophie's logo), and personal care products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, returns on sale items or gift cards are also not accepted.
